Please Apply On-line Now to complete an application and skills checklist. First, you will create a user name and password. Please make a note of it for future access. The system will allow you to log out and come back later to complete or update documents.
Begin by completing an application. When filling out the work history portion, please be very detailed and specific, leaving no gaps in employment. Once this is done, you will choose the Skills Checklist specific to your discipline. Please be certain to electronically sign all necessary documents.
We will receive a confirmation upon your submission of this information. At this point you will be assigned a personal recruiter who will assign you the Core Competency, Patient Safety Goals, and Rehab Assessment Tests. If any tests need to be retaken (are not passed), we will reassign these to you after 24 hours.
